¿Qué hacer cuando al conectar el iPhone a la PC aparece «Microsoft Office Document Scanning does not support this type of device» o «Microsoft Office Document Scanning no es compatible con este tipo de dispositivo«?
Ya sea porque al conectarlo se mostró el diálogo:
y se seleccionó el escaneo de documentos de Office, o el evento ya está asociado con este dispositivo, para cambiar el tipo de acció y evitar la aparición de este aviso, bastará hacer lo siguiente:
1.- Abrir Mi PC, o empleando el Explorador de Windows, localizar al iPhone como un dispositivo más conectado a la PC.
2.- Sobre éste, dar botón derecho y seleccionar Propiedades. En la siguiente forma que se mostrará seleccionar la pestaña Sucesos y de lo que se muestre en ésta seleccionar el tipo de evento que quiere se realice.
3.- Click en Aceptar, cerrar las ventanas que hayamos abierto en el proceso, desconectar el iPhone y volverlo a conectar.
Dependiendo de la acción seleccionada deberemos ver si el mensaje vuelve o no a aparecer y sí funciona como deseamos. Si no funciona repetir este procedimiento después de reiniciar la PC.

I actually do have a couple of questions for you if you
